About the Role

You will be a regional influencer and enabler of the volunteer and member experience.

The position will work with staff and managers to build their capability to innovate and to mobilise, attract, engage, manage and retain volunteers and members.

Supported by the Volunteer Mobilisation Lead, the Coordinator will facilitate state-wide project teams to improve the volunteer and member experience and will support members and branches in their region.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our relationships and communications both externally and internally are relevant, strong and mutually beneficial.

What you will bring

  • Experience in working with and supporting volunteers and/or members
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management
  • Experience in facilitating and influencing change
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to ‘think outside the box’ and to apply innovation and technology to solutions
  • A Working with Vulnerable People Check card (Can commence on a receipt)
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
