NEMMS JV is a well-established Indigenous Mining & Civil Contractor, operating throughout Western Australia, with a focus on the Pilbara Region. We are a client focused organisation with a strong track record in the successful delivery of contracts in mining, civil and bulk handling projects.

We are currently seeking Civil Engineer with experience within Oil & Gas . This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our newly established Oil & Gas project. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, will use their initiative to effectively manage their workload and will have solid people skills that will allow them to positively contribute to the Project.  

The core duties expected of this role will include but not be limited to:

 

  • Liaising with Client Representatives to ensure high standards of delivery
  • Evaluating construction sequences and requirements
  • Cost control and financial outcome responsibilities
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Assist Project Manager with project coordination and management
  • Contributing and providing engineering/construction solutions
  • Responsibility for project QA/QC, safety, planning and programming
  • Work closely with the Supervisor who will be responsible for production and driving projects deliverables

 

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Australian recognised Civil Engineering Degree
  • A strong understanding of workplace OHS procedures
  • Good technical knowledge and ability in undertaking all aspects of tendering
  • End to end engineering experience from concept to execution and completion
  • Experience in Oil & Gas;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel.
