Exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced administrator to join a leading household brand supporting their Sales and Marketing Director!

This role will require a passionate Team Assistant that has previously provided high level administration support to Senior Managers and Executives. The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to;

* Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules
* Managing credit cards and expenses
* Coordinating & attending monthly team meetings
* Generating agendas, collating/distributing documents/reports
* Assisting with the organisation of meetings
* Preparing/formatting documents
* Managing expectations and daily work flow
* Events and marketing assistance


* Experience working within an administration support role
* Experience supporting Executives and teams with a variety of admin tasks
* Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to build exceptional rapport
* Experience coordinating
* High degree of attention to detail
* Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
* MS Office Suite skills needed
* Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management and design are highly desirable but not required
