Transformation Finance Manager – North Ryde

The opportunity

CSR has recently embarked on a business-wide strategic transformation and as such, we have created a new position of a Transformation Finance Manager in the transformation team who will be accountable for full financial management of the transformation programs.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing high standard of Finance Business Partnering to the Program Leader and broader transformation team;
  • Manage the framework, and process of business case development and analysis for all finance metrics and program investment approvals;
  • Development of high-quality business cases for Transformation and investment opportunities;
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels including Senior Executives;
  • Providing key commentary and insights to support transformation decision.

The ideal person

The successful person will preferably be degree qualified in Finance in addition we are looking for the following attributes:

  • 10+ years in a senior management role within finance, ideally with significant change program finance management experience;
  • Strategic and innovative thought leader with demonstrable hands on execution approach;
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally to identify and support cross functional opportunities/delivery of strategies;
  • Strong commercial acumen, capable of interpreting financial information and articulating insights and opportunities;
  • Strong collaboration skills;
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing techniques;
