MEEDAC is a not for profit organisation with offices throughout the Midwest & Goldfields Regions of Western Australia. The organisation has a strong and passionate team supporting the delivery of the Community Development Program.
We are seeking expressions of interest for a full-time Case Manager in Northampton either residing locally or travelling from Geraldton. Case Managers will assist job seekers to gain sustainable employment by helping overcome their vocational and non-vocational barriers to work.Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide integrated case management for CDP participants;
- Initial interviews with participants to inform them of their obligations under CDP;
- Develop compliant Job Plans in consultation with participants;
- Referrals to internal and external job vacancies, Work for the Dole activities and any other relevant services;
- Support participants with obtaining paid employment and conduct appropriate post placement support to enhance sustainability of employment.

As part of our employment process, the successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening, hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a police clearance.
- Understanding, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of remote labour market conditions
- Ability to engage with and support people from all walks of life to access sustainable employment
- Willingness to work independently
- Conflict resolution skills
- Good record keeping
- Very good computer and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driver’s license
- Working with Children Check
