Your new team
  • The Elective Booking Office (EBO) is the key area responsible for the booking of a majority of elective admissions to Royal Melbourne Hospital and the administration and integrity of The Royal Melbourne Hospital Elective Surgery Waiting List (ESWL)
  • Work closely with both medical and surgical units and under the guidence of the laiason team to ensure safe and timely care for Melbourne Health clients.
  • Friendly and supportive team environment that encourages professional development
Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
  • Assist in the mainantence and data integrity of the elective surgery waiting list
  • Work in a busy environment and, at times, under pressure
  • Deliver a professional and caring customer focused service
  • Be committed to customer service, teamwork, and accurate data entry and maintenance
