About The Role

The role would be within a Residential Aged Care Facility, working as part of a small and supportive team of allied health professionals.

Your role would be autonomous and each day would be different. You’ll have the opportunity to work in small teams, across multiple aged care facilities, and work with great people. You will apply your clinical reasoning skills, in order to achieve great outcomes for clients and their families.

Duties/Responsibilities

Your role will include a variety of services such as;

- Pain Management and Functional Assessments
- New resident assessments
- Falls reviews
- Providing Ongoing Interventions, Reviews and Referrals
- Hands on Therapy techniques
- Implementing Treatment Plans
- Provide personalised and group therapy sessions
- Understanding of ACFI Fundamentals desirable

Skills/Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with AHPRA
- Valid Police Check
