We are seeking a Technical Trainer to join our established and fast-growing B2B SaaS business. This position can be in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and will work closely with our Customer Success team.

VendorPanel provides an award-winning technology platform used by medium and large corporate organisations as well as local and state government. We manage billions of dollars in procurement spend and provide corporate and government buyers with a better way to do business with suppliers. It helps them simplify procurement, reduce risk and drive savings, while leveraging procurement spend to drive positive social and economic impacts. 

This role is accountable for delivering technical training to our Customers and internal staff. We provide comprehensive training to Administrators, Buyers and Suppliers as part of our Implementation process as well as on-going training programs to make sure our users are getting great value from our platform.

As part of this role you will focus on:

  • Delivering training to our Administrators and End Users
  • Delivering training to support Train the Trainer 
  • Delivering training to our Internal stakeholders
  • Helping to enhance our training process, program and content.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

  • 3+ years of technology training experience
  • Be an engaging facilitator and trainer
  • Have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and how these can be applied to deliver engaging high retention learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, to native language standard
  • Results-oriented for on-time delivery, with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude 
  • Ability to self-organise and work with a high degree of autonomy
