Are you ready to take the reins as an Account Director?  Confident, driven and ready to accelerate your career to the power of 10? If so, you could be the motivated new Account Director we’re looking for.


You’ll be a senior part of an energetic agency team with a passion for excellence in thinking, strategy and creative. Managing a portfolio of multiple clients, heading up productive, innovative relationships, helping them identify new opportunities and grow their business, while helping grow ours.


We don’t have an unnecessary hierarchy here; your success is up to you and for the right person, the sky’s the limit. We need a confident problem solver. Someone who is highly organised and driven to succeed, someone who’ll relish working with our talented, collaborative team.


You’ll be working on and managing high-profile projects that span all channels and audiences Australia wide. Our approach is integrated, strategically led with an emphasis on creative solutions.

Key skills and experience

  • 4 years minimum agency experience in an Account Service role 
  • The ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles and get things done with a positive attitude
  • A good communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - can effectively communicate and identify client needs
  • Helping clients solve marketing problems with strategic thinking, and being pro-active in new ideas & concepts
  • Contributing and participating in brand workshops
  • Understanding the client’s marketing objectives in terms of sales, market share and competition
  • Preparing creative and studio briefs/running briefing sessions
  • Presenting and selling creative solutions and marketing recommendations to clients. 
  • Excellent time and project management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, budget and to schedule
  • Efficiently planning and prioritising your own time
  • Using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop strategic recommendations.


You possess a holistic understanding of the creative process from concepting to production and have a keen sensitivity to creative workloads and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work.


In addition to managing your own portfolio of clients, you will be a support to the Client Services Director whilst being supported by an Account Manager/Executive. You will also work closely with a team of talented strategists and creatives.
