Are you a
Service Management Subject Matter Expertwith experience scoping, designing and delivering complex Service Management transformation programmes? Are you interested in working for a large Federal Government Department? Are you an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance? If so, we may have the job for you.
Our Federal Government Client is presently seeking an experienced Service Management SME to join them on a potential long term contract. Successful candidates will be required to collaborate and work alongside, Agency Executives, Key Stakeholders, Programme Leads and other Senior Members.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, your skills and experience will include:
- Demonstrated experience in transforming and uplifting processes to an ITIL concept;
- Ability to span both agile and traditional project delivery methodologies; and
- Technical understanding of Service Management concepts, architecture and modernisation techniques and tools
