own home offices.


About the role


Due to rapid growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Facebook ads specialist to join our team! We work flexibly, with no set work hours

however there is the expectation that you are generally available Monday to Friday

9.00am to 5.00pm (AEST). Any urgent or time-sensitive tasks will be provided with

as much notice as possible.


Our Facebook Ads Specialist will work closely with our Managing Director to develop overall

client strategies, and then will take the lead with it; from set up to planning,

designing, managing, analysing and optimising client ad campaigns. All while

upholding incredible client communication (when and if required) and staying at the

forefront of social media ad trends and technologies. This is a newly created

position and the successful individual will get the chance to own this role, with the

potential for future growth.


Reporting to the Managing Director, our Facebook Ads Specialist will play a key role in our close knit team by:

● Researching and collating data for client presentations (competitor

research, target audience, offers etc)

● Mapping out digital marketing funnels

● Completing Facebook account builds (building upon existing campaigns &

building new campaigns from scratch)

● Analysis, optimisation and testing of campaigns

● Regular reporting to Director on ad performance

● Staying up to date with industry trends & being able to relay these to the

Director

● Keeping up to date with Facebook Ad policies to avoid breaching policies

and having Facebook Ad accounts flagged by Facebook


So that you can hit the ground running, you’ll bring with you:

● Experience in Facebook Ad campaign creation and optimisation

● Experience with Facebook Business Manager

● Excellent written and verbal communication – you write in a professional,

brand aligned manner

● The ability to use your initiative, work unsupervised and make quick

decisions

● Interpreting data and making a decision to optimise campaigns

Your Duties


Some of the roles and responsibilities you will have are:

1. Create Facebook campaigns from start to finish

2. Write copy for landing pages and ads

3. Some basic graphic design

4. Marketing research

5. Review all campaigns on a daily basis. Tweak and edit as required for best

possible results

6. Report to Managing Director on a daily basis as required with an update on campaign

results

7. Complete monthly reporting as required


The Position


This is a virtual, sub-contracting position.

We are not looking for an Agency or a Virtual Assistant.

We want a team member that will work solely with Webonize and doesn't have a desire to build their own business.

It is expected that you will be provided with approximately 5 hours per week however

this could vary from week to week and grow over time.

Remuneration will be based on experience.
