About the role:Our Marketing/Business Relationships Coordinator is responsible for supporting business development and marketing functions to drive organisational growth. Working closely with the RTO Manager, you will also assist the implementation of appropriate strategies to promote METS services as a Go To Provider. This role is based at Mascot.Key Responsibilities: Monitor marketing channels by responding efficiently to prospective student enquiries to secure applications that lead to enrolments. Will require excellent organisational/service knowledge, converting to sales as per KPI; Development and implementation of an annual marketing calendar focussed on achieving revenue targets; Planning, executing and optimising results driven digital marketing campaigns; Development of marketing flyers including accurate content creation and appropriate images; Developing and maintaining key stakeholder business relationships and providing excellent customer service; Development and management of data bases, with warm and cold calls to generate business revenue; Commit to Disability Services Australia quality, compliance and management of risk ethos. We can offer part-time or full-time hours to meet our ideal candidate’s needs.Expertise/Skills Required: Registered Training Organisation (RTO) knowledge regarding vocational education and training services and Government funding and employer incentives; Professional business writing and excellent verbal communications skills across different market segments; Experience working with Creative Cloud apps and services; Strong brand awareness and understanding of graphic/web design principles; Proven ability to develop social media, content marketing, and generate inbound leads; Experience developing and executing Facebook Ads strategies; Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g. Freshsales), with strong sales skills to turn leads into course bookings Google Ads experience (preferred); Willingness to collaborate with internal and external team members, share ideas and take on feedback; Committed to the long term success of our clients and our business; Dedicated to own professional development; Committed to continual business improvement; Driven to achieve business growth, revenue targets and KPIs. Qualifications Preferred: Degree in Marketing / Communications (preferred). TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred).
