The role can be split into three main categories:Analytics:Using data/analytics platforms to generate insights for the business and assist in producing hypotheses around what digital experience enhancements will have the greatest impact for the lowest amount of effort. you will evaluate data critically to determine what metrics are meaningful, deliver insights and generate ideas for digital experience optimisationsyou will also measure test/campaign performance and create reports/dashboards for relevant stakeholdersSupport the wider business with data and analytics requestsGoogle Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Salesforce reports experience would be advantageous Optimisation:Support the development, prioritisation and running of digital tests that ladder back to a strategic objective or key business metric. You will assist in the design and development of digital tests to help the team achieve business objectivesLearn and apply best practice customer journeys and UX designs to enhance the customer experience Digital Production:The Digital Producer / Marketing Co-ordinator is the main point of contact for day to day digital production requests from across AMP Capital, requiring excellent prioritisation and stakeholder management. Core to the role is helping to establish digital best practices and ensuring that these standards are adhered to across AMP Capital’s digital experience. A high level of attention to detail is extremely important, even during busy periods. You will create and update content using our Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager) and Email Marketing Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)you will act as the central point of contact for day to day digital production requests from across the businessyou will also be managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously, providing regular status updates and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Your Skills: 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketer or Digital Producer for a mid-to-large sized organizationHands-on experience working with a Content Management System (CMS). Adobe Experience Manager would be advantageousAble to create campaign emails using an email marketing platform. Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageousComfortable with data and able to report on campaign performance, preferably with some experience of analytics toolsStrong Communication skills as well as a high attention to detail is critical for this roleExperience of Agile ways of working will be advantageous You don’t necessarily need experience in everything we do to apply for this role. We are looking for someone with curiosity, who can demonstrate initiative, has a passion for Digital and Marketing and most importantly, a desire to learn.
