Purpose of the roleDevelop, manage and deliver the asset’s brand, advertising and communications strategy for the centre’s $800m development launch, stabilisation and seasonal campaigns which drive traffic and sales. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the asset marketing team along with key members of the Centre Management Team, including leasing, development, property management, customer service, retail management and operations. What the role entails: Create insight driven strategic plans that depict the pathway for growth (traffic and retail sales) through Brand and Marketing Communications during and post developmentDevelop and deliver the development launch and seasonal campaigns from agency briefing and concept curation through to measuring objectives and post campaign analysisSupport the Senior Marketing Manager in developing the brand’s positioning strategy to drive asset performance during development and stabilisation phasesManage and develop the Digital Marketing Executive, overseeing all owned and paid digital channel activityManage the new brand guidelines roll-out. Act as a Brand guardian across print, digital, events and VM, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand strategyDevelop the brand’s digital communications strategy in line with the overarching marketing strategyManage the creative, media and PR agencies ensuring campaigns and projects deliver against set budgets, objectives and timeframesStrategically review all paid media and PR plans, ensuring performance is optimized and learnings are captured Active involvement in the day-to-day operations of the centre ensuring high standards across all customer touchpointsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the centre’s key issues, competitor activity, trade area demographics and trading patterns – including relevancy to state and national trendsCollaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager to optimise retailer performance and identify key opportunities within campaign platforms to drive results Capabilities 7 years or more experience in a Marketing or Brand roleProven experience in brand and campaign development, producing communications strategies and project managementDemonstrate a knowledge of new media and relevant digital applicationsProven strong copywriting skills and creative eye Recruitment agencies: please note that we are not seeking assistance on this role.
