The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience team, located in Bairnsdale. You will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all our customers & consumers, utilising outstanding communication, techniques and technology to enhance engagement and drive sales growth.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, key responsibilities include:
- Timely and accurate processing of domestic and international sales orders ensuring they adhere to company policy
- Perform both inbound and outbound sales calls as required
- Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure the highest service levels are consistently achieved.
- Support in Full supply by utilising Internal (Cognos, M3) and External reporting tools (WOW, IRI, Coles Portal)
- Manage consumer contact directly via all media, including all social platforms, same-time chat, phone and email
The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences in every interaction. You will possess a strong work ethic and a passion to grow and develop in the role; seeking to continuously improve consumer experiences with Patties. Your collaborative approach, empathetic nature, and strong problem-solving skills will ensure your success in the role.
You will have prior experience working in a customer service/CRM position in the FMCG industry and experience managing customer contacts. Strong analytical skills and confidence learning new systems will be highly beneficial.
