Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.

We are currently seeking a Plant & Logistics Scheduler to join our team at our new state of the art facility in Bayswater. Reporting to the Asset Coordinator, the successful candidate will work as part of the Maintenance team ensuring the efficient mobilisation of plant, equipment and freight to our operational sites across the Pilbara, Goldfields and Midwest regions of WA

Tasks Include But Not Limited To
  • Scheduling of freight and logistics of plant moves
  • Procurement of plant and equipment to support our site requirements
  • Maintain asset registers with all IMC plant and equipment
  • Raise purchase requisitions, expedite orders, review and receipt invoices and action discrepancies as necessary
  • Process purchase documentation such as invoices, payments and receipts
  • Reporting relating to asset hires and movements
  • Updating classified plant register
  • Assist the Asset Coordinator by collating information required to execute daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist with the close out of action registers

Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Heavy vehicle accreditation experience
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Able to complete pre-employment medical including drug screen
Successful candidates will be on boarded directly by the IMC Internal recruitment team.
