JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a professional, vibrant and efficient Executive Assistant to manage the daily operational needs of the Business.

Duties

  • Executive and Administration support
  • First point of contact for Clients, engaging with Stakeholders
  • Review Minister signed letters, trim and send to relevant business areas
  • Calendar and Diary management, booking and confirming of appointments and meeting rooms
  • Other administrative duties as required

Skills / Experience
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Executive/ Personal Assistant experience - minimum of 1 year
  • Proficient experience with Excel and Word
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain organisation
