JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to work for one of our clients based in Gepps Cross. This will be a short term assignment working Monday to Friday with the potential for an on going fulltime position.

The Role

This will be a varied and interesting role and duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information
  • Taking exisitng account enquiries
  • Entering client orders into the system
  • Processing and invoicing Client orders
  • Raising and receipting PR/PO's
  • Data entry from a variety of information sources
  • Outlook emails

Skills Required
  • 2-3 years' experience within an Administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail is ESSENTIAL
  • Strong MS Office suite skills
  • The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Be extremely reliable, organised and self-motivated
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
