JOB DESCRIPTION
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to work for one of our clients based in Gepps Cross. This will be a short term assignment working Monday to Friday with the potential for an on going fulltime position.
The Role
This will be a varied and interesting role and duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls and front counter enquiries, taking accurate information
- Taking exisitng account enquiries
- Entering client orders into the system
- Processing and invoicing Client orders
- Raising and receipting PR/PO's
- Data entry from a variety of information sources
- Outlook emails
- 2-3 years' experience within an Administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail is ESSENTIAL
- Strong MS Office suite skills
- The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Be extremely reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
