Position summary

The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for delivering polished and professional client and in-house reception services.

The aim of the role is to create client service excellence in reception and concierge practices for our clients, employees, guests, community members and interview candidates, being at the heart of our reputation for extraordinary guest services.

Why are we looking?

We have an opportunity for two experienced, professional and proactive Corporate Receptionists to join our Administration team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrival, office orientation and departure - respond promptly with your personal spirit, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming disposition.
  • Take initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate trends in guest services and develop best practices and streamlined processes that respond to guests needs.
  • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
  • Manage complex operational matters on a daily basis.
  • Perform Front of House Services to a high standard which reflects Best Practice.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and responsible for client floor management.
  • Assist and support with the firm’s travel program and operations as and when required.

Required Skills And Personal Attributes
  • Minimum 2 years previous corporate service related experience is preferable.
  • Provide positive first impressions beyond the expected
  • Awareness of high-level of personal presentation and corporate attire at all times
  • Flexible and positive attitude in managing shifts, daily priorities and high volume of guests and or calls.
  • Exceptional professional verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms such as Microsoft packages and in-house reception data bases.
