Fantastic opportunity for a BMS Service Manager to join an innovative and industry leading building services group with a national presence who are currently expanding their BMS team. Established for over 25 years with a highly regarded management team and outstanding reputation across the HVAC, Fire and BMS space.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director you will be managing an existing team of 20 BMS technicians working across a variety of tier 1 & 2 commercial clients throughout greater Sydney. The successful candidate will have a strong background within BMS, excellent customer focus and proven management experience.

Key duties will include:

• Day to day team management
• Ensuring projects are running smoothly and on schedule
• Project management and estimating
• Maintaining and maximizing existing client relationships
• The ability to recognize growth opportunities
• Co-ordinating materials and sub-contractors
• Working with the sales team to win new contracts

Experience required:

• BMS background is essential
• Experience of Tridium is desirable
• Management experience is essential
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Project management experience

Salary:
Paying up to $150,000 + super + vehicle allowance
