About the Role

As the Tender and Bid Administrator you will prepare and manage the end to end tender process, with responsibility for written content, compliance and submission of SME Tenders for Workwear Group. The role also requires supporting the Bid Managers and Business Development Manager’s with preparation of major tenders and presentations, supplying standard business content and collating final responses including appendices.

This role is a great introduction if you have a keen desire to understand and work on business proposals including pitch strategy, commercial contracts and tailoring the right service models to fulfil our client’s needs.

What you’ll be doing
  • Working with State teams on tender strategy
  • Preparing tender content and leading the tender process for all SME tenders
  • Managing timelines and internal communication with all key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance to Policy and Standards (Certificates required)
  • Supporting Bid Managers with management of tender content library, and reporting requirements for major tender submissions
  • Providing administrative support to the Bid Managers and Business Development Managers to facilitate tender responses and presentations including supplying standard business content and collating final responses including Appendices
