Are you looking to take the next step in a small, full-service agency?

Messy Collective is a full-service creative agency based in Sydney. We're free to think ahead of the curve, realising new potential for our clients every day across every touchpoint imaginable. The team here is a little bit different… in a good way. If you love to be surrounded by ideas, technology and design then you’ll fit right in with us.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energised junior Project Coordinator to join our team and support our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the senior Project Management team to manage budgets and administrative tasks
  • Overseeing the production of digital products, campaigns, video production and websites
  • Managing projects through our in-house development and UX/UI team
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Being responsible for quality control and scheduling maintenance of websites
  • Scoping and estimating projects
  • Assisting with daily stand up meetings and prioritising workload
  • Inputting projects and timelines into our project management systems (Monday.com, WorkflowMax)
  • Liaising with suppliers and sourcing production quotes

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative or digital agency environment
  • You'll be ready to learn about SOWs, SLAs and even SEO
  • You are highly organised with amazing attention to detail
  • You're not afraid of administration and technical documentation
  • A desire to always learn and stay on top of the latest technology trends
  • Must have a good grasp of technology and digital systems
  • Must have a 'can-do' attitude and be open to new ways of working

We’re offering a friendly, collaborative work culture, flexible working arrangements, a meaningful client-base and lots of perks.

Benefits:

  • Ongoing training & upskilling
  • Opportunity to work across integrated campaigns across all touchpoints
  • Stay on the edge of technology
  • Work in a diverse, multi-skilled team
  • Free weekly team gym sessions (COVID restrictions permitting)
  • Regular team lunches/events

Position open to Australian Residents only.

This is a full-time role however we are also open to part-time if it is mutually beneficial.
