We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to lead our Front Office and Consulting Suite team at Albert Road Clinic in central Melbourne.

About the Role

In this role you will provide leadership and direction to all administrative functions in our hospital Front Office and Consulting Suites ensuring efficient and effective administrative support. You will lead a large team of 15-16 administrative staff so this role will suit a proven administrative leader.

In this role you will report to the Commercial Manager.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience managing large administrative teams, within the Health industry. You will be a strong communicator with the capacity to effectively engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders such as doctors. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a strong change management skillset. Key to this role is the capacity to mentor and inspire a varied team of varied professionals.

It will also be advantageous to bring;

  • Qualification in administration, management or commerce/finance.
  • Knowledge of any patient administration software is ideal for this role.


On offer is a salary range of $90,000-$100,000 + Superannuation.
