About the Role

As the Corporate & Community Partnerships Coordinator you will build and sustain relationships with the Foundation’s corporate partners, both new and existing. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate individual with relationship management experience, particularly in a philanthropic or corporate partnership setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering Monash Health Foundation’s strategic approach to corporate partnerships
  • Building new business partnerships and relationships with current and prospective corporates – via phone, email and face to face
  • Increasing corporate sponsorship of current and new events
  • Executing partnership agreements and ensuring the delivery of agreed benefits

About You

Combining your relationship and partnership building experience with your experience and /or understanding of the NFP or philanthropic sector, your goal will be to further develop the corporate and community partnerships program to attract greater investment to support the Monash Health Foundation to achieve its ambitious fundraising goals.

On a personal level, you are:
  • Passionate about building, maintaining and renewing partnerships with corporate and community partners;
  • Have the skills and experience to identify new partnership opportunities;
  • Are creative, progressive and forward thinking;
  • Have the ability to maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment;
  • Have the ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including staff, volunteers, supporters of the Foundation;
  • Can prioritise your own workload and demonstrated time management skills;
  • Described as high energy, with a positive, can-do attitude.
What you need:
  • An undergraduate qualification, or an equivalent, alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • An understanding of the Australian philanthropic community
  • Experience in donor stewardship.
