Digital Technology Portfolio Coordinator to join a forward thinking, fast paced and innovative team ASAP.

Your new company
This FMCG market leading company is an innovative organisation with a dynamic and vibrant workplace environment. In response to the current trend of digitisation, the digital stream has been growing and need extra assistance to support their digital streams.

Your new role
The Group Digital Portfolio Coordinator will primarily be working with managed service providers and development teams to ensure the digital applications are operating at optimal capacity. This person will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks. Other examples of daily responsibilities include ensuring systems are up to date, issues are being addressed and applications are running efficiently. There will also be involvement in on-going projects coming directly from Digital Technology Team.

What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Knowledge in web technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE CLOUD), or networking technologies
  • Analytical skills, ability to multitask and implement process improvements
  • Delivery of small project type work
  • Confidence in documentation and creation of visual diagrams
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment with support queues
  • Bachelors in computer science, networking or equivalent fields

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cope with a high pressure environment
  • Self motivated and able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to maintain workload efficiently and identify/meet key deadlines
  • Work pacing, timeline management and the ability to work independently
  • Willing ability to learn new technologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple vendors
  • Experience working with the Atlassian Stack, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira is a bonus.
