Receptionist/office Administrator, full time role- $65k (Inner West)

New opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join a well-respected industry leader. You will be a confident, motivated individual who is looking to take ownership of a pivotal business support role for the NSW arm of a National business in the design industry. They are a medium sized Australian business with a great reputation, both to work for and the projects they deliver. They are a creative and busy office and this role would be well suited to an individual who has a couple of years experience in an office environment and is looking for a new challenge in a vibrant and dynamic team.

This role supports across three main areas:

  • Reception
  • Project Admin support
  • Running the office
Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee responsibility for the office- first point of contact for all phone calls
  • Reception duties, meeting & greeting clients
  • Provide admin assistance to the wider business
  • Supporting the Bid process, collating information for submissions
Key Skills/Experience required:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role in an office based environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, in this role you have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business.
  • Self-motivated- this role is standalone so you must be capable and confident to manage your own workloads, prioritise your time and have a great deal of initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skill and a confident personality you are the face of the company
  • Strong computer literacy across Microsoft office packages
  • You must currently be in Australia and have full working rights (citizen or Permanent Resident)
