We are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic 3 - 5 years experience Sales Specialist, who will be in charge of Direct Digital Sales, Digital Business Development and Sales support, with consultancy or training / education experience in digital product.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability target of digital offer: software, hardware, integrated hardware, LAN infrastructure services
- Support sales force in pre-sales activities, providing product training to sales force on Wellness Network offering
- Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
- Monitor competitors, in terms of pricing, products features etc. providing proactive market feedback to HQ
- Interact with Marketing & Sales Managers to define tailored solutions and initiatives for each vertical market
- Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction
- Monitor discount to maximise profitability
- Support product launch, promotion and commerical activities to generate leads (i.e. exhibition, direct marketing, e-marketing)
- Drive and monitor specific projects (i.e. replacement campaign)
- Build best practices based on successful real customers ccase history in order to value digital solution offering on the market
- Leads the team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to Company Culture
- Everything needed to properly cover the assigned responsibilites
- Use Leadership to inspire colleagues, customers and team managment with high degree of empathy
- English
- Project Managment (methodologies and tools)
- Written and verbal communications techniques and presentation skills
- Negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of CRM managment
- Knowledge of Sales techniques (on the field and on the phone)
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques
- Long-term customer relationship managment skills
- Sales Operation (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning pipeline managment
- Knowlege and expertise in web marketing, social media and digital skills
- Knowledge of advance user software, Technogym Wellness equipment and the club market
- Definition and execution of the digital user experience
- Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
- Focus on results and accountability, striving for exellence
- Having a sense of initiative and energy / proactivity
