Supporting national growth, we need you to project manage the development of our next level education material.

Where you come in:
In this fixed term position (either 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time), based in any location in Australia, you will act on behalf of Child Wise to project manage the development of three (MVP) educational programs in line with our comprehensive methodology. You will be part of our Child Wise team and report to our Director of Operations.

You will make an impact by:

  • Project managing the development of highly interactive educational training material for our clients
  • Providing high quality agile project management and effective stakeholder management
  • Ensuring the programs are delivered on time and contractors deliver to a high-quality
  • Providing input into new program development and program reviews
  • Providing project management documentation and reporting

Does this sound like you?
You're passionate about the rights of children and are driven to use your knowledge to build capacity in others. You have strong interpersonal skills which help you to liaise easily with external stakeholders and effectively project manage educational material for diverse audiences. You enjoy the flexibility of working remotely and can manage projects independently. Ideally, you have expertise in project managing educational material with agile experience and working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People and with expertise in the field of disability.

This role requires:
  • Demonstrated experience in application of project management disciplines (preferably including Agile)
  • Proven leadership skills and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team and embrace change
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative with a learning mindset
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to liaise with a broad range of key internal and external stakeholders
  • Energy and passion for connecting prospective supporters with the work of Save the Children Australia
