Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:

  • Manage and administer SAP B1, Microsoft SQL (2016 R2), Accellos WMS, EDI systems and associated software
  • Work with external vendors in commissioning new accounts, EDI connections and associated adjustments
  • Respond to SAP B1 application support issues in a timely fashion as required and apply ongoing fixes/changes/enhancements.
  • Be the conduit between SAP B1 users and various integration partners on day to day issues
  • Work with SAP B1 stakeholders to understand business system requirements, define scope of work and liaise with respective vendors to plan and deploy desired system/solution.
  • Work with various partners on patches, upgrades and associated improvements to SAP B1 and add-ons
  • Work with Finance teams to develop, maintain and fine tune business systems with interfaces between 3rd party and SAP B1 systems, including financial tax systems.
  • Work with Logistics teams to develop, maintain and fine tune Warehouse Management System related to shipping and warehouse operations.
  • Work with SAP users to resolve day to day SAP Client connection issue and liaise with IT department in relation to infrastructure and printing issue.
  • Work with SAP key stakeholders to design and develop SAP reports/layouts according to business's needs.
  • Assist staff with training and advice on use of systems and best practice for operation
  • Examine work practices and advise on improved processes and workflows where appropriate




What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP B1 System Admin or other similar SAP B1 system role
  • High level understanding of financial systems, procedures, and concepts
  • Experience with warehouse management software or other warehousing add-ons used with SAP
  • Knowledge of EDI systems and protocols
  • Understanding of related warehouse operations such as picking/packing, receiving and shipping of goods, multi bin locations and stocktake procedures.
  • Range of skills related to Microsoft SQL, SAP, Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Excel and other BI related knowledge
  • Degree or similar tertiary qualification related to the role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Qualification or experience in workflow process analysis and construction
  • MUST BE: Australian PR or citizen.
