GTFM Services Pty Ltd trading as Gumtree Family Medical Practice is a general medical practice providing comprehensive medical care to all our patients. With many years of experience in general practice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our local community.

We are currently looking for a General Medical Practitioner to join our team in Goonellabah.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualifications with current APHRA Registration.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Arranging the admission of patients to hospitals etc;
• Carrying out tests to diagnose;
• Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses/ailments;
• Health education;
• Liaising with other health care professionals as part of multidisciplinary teams;
• Minor surgery;
• Monitoring patients’ conditions and wellbeing;
• Patient consultations at within the surgery;
• Performing clinical examinations;
• Practice management and administration;
• Referring patients to Specialist Medical Practitioners.

This is a full time position and an immediate start is available.

The successful candidate will earn a base salary of $132,000 plus Superannuation.
