We see the unique potential in each pub, bar or restaurant and make it shine. We do this by building passionate and highly skilled teams that deliver exception service, implementing best practice operations and always pushing the envelope to create amazing experiences for our customers.

We have some very exciting projects on the horizon and we are looking for experienced managers to be a part of these new developments! We are seeking interest from experienced, reliable Assistant VenueManagers who take pride in their work. 

Coupled with your flair for quality and consistency you will also need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality 

  • Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times 

  • Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front 

  • Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills 

  • Has both restaurant and extensive bar service experience 

  • Thrives under pressure 

  • Hands on management of the venue including day to day operations 

  • Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards 

  • Training and development of staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 

  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Leadership skills
  • Training and development of staff Excellent communication skills
  • Strong / well rounded experience within the bar/pub industry
  • A passion for the industry

  • RSA
  • prior experience in a similar role
