JOB DESCRIPTION
We have a client that is a high end and up market Bar & Restaurant in the Broadbeach area that are looking for Bar & Wait Staff.
Duties include:
- Providing prompt, friendly, customer focused beverage service to members and guests
- Cash handling and till balancing
- Pouring beers, preparing cocktails, mixing spirits and layering shooters.
- Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
- Clearing tables & general cleaning
- Hygiene and positive attitude are paramount
You must be able to work individually as well as part of a team and be flexible with hours.
