ri-kroothas been engaged to recruit 2 x office administrators with SimPRO experience for a leading electrical contractor based near Mitchelton, this is a full-time position with pay rate negotiated based on experience for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and invoicing
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- General administration duties
- Maintaining hard copy and electronic files
- Creating job work orders from SimPRO
- Customer liaison
- Purchasing
- Quality Assurance
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and registers
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in a similar role (electrical or construction industry experience highly advantageous)
- SimPRO experience essential
- The ability to multitask and prioritise their workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of self-motivation
- A professional attitude
- The ability to work autonomously
- Well presented with a professional manner
