This position will function within our wholly owned subsidiary 

Australian Alliance Automotive Finance (AAAF)

 supporting our alliance partners for the Northern (QLD) region. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager - Northern, your responsibilities will include:

  • To be the primary partner and owner of the relationship with Dealerships. 
  • Represent our alliance partners and build professional relationships that enable the Dealership to maximise all sales opportunities in Finance and Insurance
  • Work with the Sales Manager, create and adhere to appropriate call plans and call patterns to ensure all Dealerships allocated receive appropriate frequency of calls and visits. Prepare content for each visit to ensure maximum value is achieved at the time of call. Report on progress/issues and engage with appropriate area for assistance
  • Developing and building relationships with dealerships, providing a partner-to-partner value-add service to our Dealer network
  • Develop our brand and penetration in dealerships
  • Acting as a mentor to Dealer Relationship Managers within the team
  • Work with the Regional Training Manager to share the responsibility of ensuring that our Finance and Insurance product training and system training are executed
  • Assisting the Dealer Credit Manager when possible to complete the annual dealer and SME credit reviews
  • Managing Business Manager conformity to the accreditation framework
  • Representing AAAF and our alliance partners when required through presenting at forums with both internal and external stakeholders

To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Demonstrated and proven track record of business development and account management
  • Extensive experience in Finance and Motor Vehicle industry
  • Training and development experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance
