They are one of the most respected agencies in their area and they are currently looking for a standout Junior Property Manager to learn from the best and progress in their team. 

The Role:

• Manage a small, local portfolio of 80 properties and slowly growing
• Entry and Exit Inspections and Reporting
• Routine inspections
• Rental reviews
• Arrears management 
• Maintenance 
• Bond disposals/ final bond reports
• Tribunal attendance and preparation of court documents
• Landlord and Tenant liaison
• Leasing
• Water Invoicing
• Console Cloud software 

• Be supported and learn from the best
• Progression offered 
• Monday - Friday
• Work vehicles to use during business hours

• CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential 
• 1+ years of experience in Property Management
• High level of communication and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Well-presented
• Valid driver's license
