Role Overview

As a Relationship Consultant, you will proactively manage a portfolio of existing home loan customers, aiming to maintain and grow the customer base by offering market leading home loan packages.


  • Liaising with existing customers on their current mortgage whilst identifying cross sale opportunities.
  • Interacting with internal departments to keep a track of the application and raise escalations where required with stake holders.
  • Manage relationship with Brokers / Introducers / 3rd parties to get repeat business whilst providing them outstanding service and support.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in phone sales, client services in a corporate environment.
  • Outstanding and articulate verbal communication skills coupled with strong written communication skills
  • You possess a desire to be extremely productive coupled with being outcome driven and enjoy working with KPI's.
  • An understating of home loans would be advantageous
