Proudly Australian, Sonic HealthPlus is now the largest provider of corporate medicine in the country. With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.

Location of either Brisbane or Perth on a 12 month maximum term contract the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of end-to-end, high volume recruitment services to managers, employees, clients and customers across the business, nationally.

Your responsibilities will include however, are not limited to:

  • End-to-end recruitment process which includes coordinating our recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes including posting of COVID-19 advertisements, interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, and preparing employment contracts
  • Tracking of candidates through our recruitment process
  • Talent pooling / sourcing as required
  • Coordinating on-going training to line managers and employees with regard to recruitment programs and systems
  • System administration, data input and reporting
  • Project mobilisation as required
  • Working collaboratively with the wider HR team

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Are you an experienced, pragmatic and action orientated individual? Do you have recruitment experience, where you have consulted with stakeholders at all levels? If you have said yes and you possess the following we would love to hear from you:

  • 4 years’ recruitment experience, of which 1-2 years of internal recruitment exposure is highly regarded.
  • Has a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders (experience managing stakeholders across multiple sites is preferred) Experience utilising a ATS (Applicant tracking system)
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Office application skills (Excel, and Power Point)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to demonstrate initiative, manage competing priorities, work autonomously under pressure, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Has previous experience in the Health Industry (highly regarded).
