The Organisation:
Our client is a very well established and respected accounting practice who have a loyal and committed client base. They are seeking to employ a Receptionist/Assistant who can assist the Administrative team in a range of key areas.

The Role:
Weekly responsibilities will include the following:

  • Daily mail collection, distribution and post 
  • Daily EFT/CHQ banking and processing
  • Organise staff functions 
  • Front of house duties with client meetings to schedule and welcoming of guests to office
  • Providing refreshments for scheduled meetings
  • Assisting with Admin projects as directed
The Candidate:

To be considered for this opportunity you will present with some office based work experience in financial services and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, you will be a confident go-getter who has a good work ethic and a can-do approach with a willingness to support as part of a team. You will also have a full driving license because you will be required to drive to work every day.
