Your opportunity

Lead customer-centric marketing communications development and implementation for key programs, including upcoming major product launch, in a 6-month contract capacity 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Utilise customer and category insights to develop briefs and assess creative and media recommendationsunderstand strategic intent of programs and projects and ensure deliverables align accordinglycontribute to design and interpretation of campaign, program, and product effectiveness measurement to drive optimisation 
  • Ensure creative and media investment is competitive and within budget; contribute to ongoing production efficiency drivers (e.g. self-service creative templates); align with Brand Partnerships team on sponsorship and integration opportunities for programs and projects. 
  • Ensure that teams move together throughout the fast-paced nature of program delivery
  • Contribute to everyday innovation across campaign delivery; collaborate with cross-functional teams in finding better ways to deliver outputs; contribute to evolving agency model development. 
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders; ensure stakeholder briefing and feedback is managed within deliverable timelines; actively seek feedback from peers and stakeholders on outcomes; work closely with agency partners to ensure delivery of campaign, and any required optimisation. 

What will set you apart from the rest?

You are organised, positive, proactive and have a strong ability to time manage yourself to deliver and manage multiple workstreams at once

  • 10+ years in communications and/or marketing – a mix of client and agency experience is desirable 
  • Demonstrated strength in complex campaign delivery management across digital and offline media channels 
  • Familiarity with creative production process and extensive experience in giving creative feedback 
  • Understanding of cross-channel, digitally-led, channel planning, and the role of various media in the marketing mix 
  • Ability to interpret data and research results, contributing to campaign effectiveness research design 
  • Experience with major market launches highly desirable, particularly in retail/ecommerce sectors 
  • Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal, team and agency management skills
