You will lead the APAC region's new energy sales strategy and initiatives. You'll provide leadership to the broader Sales & Commercial organization, shaping strategies and partnerships, and growing the adoption of green technology. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key energy transition players through innovation, strategic solutions and relationship building.

Contribute to business growth

As New Energy Sales Manager, you will develop the vision and lead our strategic business development initiatives. You will lead the positioning of Baker Hughes in projects for Hydrogen, Energy Storage, CCUS and Geothermal technologies. You will deliver successful winning outcomes for our ground breaking Energy Transition business through expert product knowledge and strategic relationships.

As a New Energy Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Positioning Baker Hughes for critical pilot projects to promote the development and launch of new technology in the Energy Transition space

  • Staying close to industry and government trends and discovering the sources of project funding.

  • Identifying key partnerships and alliances to promote Baker Hughes' value position

  • Chasing new deals, markets and customers and supporting Energy Transition projects for existing customers in Asia Pacific region

  • Managing complex and technical sales processes through involving client and internal stakeholders

  • Giving guidance to proposals based on technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects to create a successful customer bid

Fuel your passion
We are looking for candidates with the following skills/background:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Sales, Energy consulting or investment banking
  • Experience leading projects in a global-matrix environment
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Background in hydrogen, energy storage, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), geothermal or electrical infrastructure
  • Demonstrate a thorough and analytical approach to proactively identifying and solving complex problems
