We’re looking to hire an experienced part-time Sales Merchandiser for our sales territory of Brisbane – Inner southern suburbs In your role of Sales Merchandiser you will form part of our successful Field Sales team, managing key relationships across Coles, Woolworths and Independent Supermarkets – covering South Brisbane to Mt. Gravatt. You will represent our iconic brands in key grocery outlets, delivering in-store excellence when it comes to presentation and location of our products.

This is a part-time role, working three days per week

About The Role

You will be a part of our success by:-

  • Managing an assigned sales territory (Brisbane’s inner Southern suburbs – covering stores across West End, Carindale, Coorparoo and Mt Gravatt), driving the performance of the Kellogg's portfolio across key grocery outlets
  • Develop and maintain strong and long term customer partnerships
  • Complete field reporting and increased promotional effectiveness
  • Utilise initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territory

Skills, Experience & Attributes Sought
  • Sales experience gained from FMCG or Grocery is a strong preference
  • Strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing the existing client base
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-managed and motivated
  • Pride in your role and passion for representing the Kellogg brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories
  • Clean drivers licence
