What will you be doing in this role:

Work closely with the team leader and business owner to help account manage a selection of key clients. Your role will be heavily customer service focused and office bound, you will have support with administration, accounts, leasing and new business so you can focus on developing strong relationships with the clients

  • Manage Landlord communication and relationships
  • Prepare for and attend NCAT
  • Manage insurance and bond claims
  • Manage repairs and maintenance
  • Arrears management
  • Approve applications with Landlords

The right candidate will have:

  • A current certificate of registration
  • 12 + months property management experience
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Neat and tidy presentation
  • Knowledge of Property Me preferable
  • A customer first approach to managing relationships
  • A genuine passion for real estate
