What will you be doing in this role:
A fast paced administration and customer service role that will see you work incredibly closely to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will also provide administration support to a high performing sales agent so he can provide the absolute best service to his clients.
- Assist with the overflow of reception calls
- Manage and confirm agent appointments
- Vendor and Buyer relationship management
- Coordinate team lunches and events
- Daily banking and mail
- Order contracts, schedule inspection times
- Prepare open packs, vendor reports
- Mange sales compliance from list to settlement
- Prepare proposals and agency agreements
The right candidate will have:
- Immaculate presentation
- A current certificate of registration
- 12 months experience in real estate
- The ability to manage client relationships
- A confident phone manner
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence with technology and following a process
