A minimum of 5 years legal secretary experience is essential.

The role

As a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary, you will support a Partner and Solicitors in the team. Duties will include monthly billings, some dictation (but wp support is provided), diary management, organising meetings, editing and formatting some documents, preparation of Briefs, screening calls, drafting correspondence, dealing with clients coordinating social functions, coordinating PA's when others are on sick leave and general administration duties.

You

You will have at least 5 years legal secretarial experience. Some experience as a Litigation Secretary is also essential. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

National mid tier law firm of 130 staff in their Brisbane office. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $78,000 package including super).
