Great career opening for energetic and experienced Fundraiser looking for an opportunity to make the role their own. This well-established charity provides community support and services to people and their families living with a specific health condition. As the organisation has undergone significant transformation and change in the last year, the successful applicant will be tasked with building on existing fundraising strategies and outcomes as well as contributing to future strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the fundraising plan and strategy
- Lead and grow a small fundraising team
- Plan and implement regular campaigns, including mail appeals
- Develop and implement a plan to increase regular giving
- Develop and nurture key relationships and partnerships across the community
- Work with internal stakeholders and teams to achieve on fundraising goals and outcomes
- Develop a digital fundraising plan
- Work at a hands-on level
- Support CEO and senior leadership team on the development of future marketing and fundraising strategies
Criteria:
- Proven track record of success working in a fundraising management role
- Ability to work at a “hands on” level
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of campaign management and analysis
- Proactive, self-starter and motivated to achieve working with and leading a team
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Raiser’s Edge CRM experience
- Superior relationship building and influencing skills
- Digital savvy with a flair for creativity and innovation
- Broad fundraising management experience
