We are now looking for a State Manager in Western Australia to champion these house rules and grow the size and capability of our speech pathology, occupational therapy, exercise physiology and physiotherapy teams.

The journey is just beginning, and we need a great leader to take the wheel!

What you'll do


  • Strategic Planning with the national Mobile and Community Leadership Team
  • Manage and increase the operational effectiveness and efficiency of Mobile & Community service delivery
  • Oversee and coordinate monthly team meetings and training activities
  • Drive initiatives across the organisation that contribute to long- term operational excellence and enhanced employee and client experience
  • Participate in critical governance processes including audit, risk, quality assurance, compliance and workplace health and safety


  • Periodic supervision, coaching, development planning and performance management of Team Leaders
  • Assist Team Leaders with supervision, coaching, development planning and performance management of their team members
  • Promote and lead collaboration across teams, regions and departments


  • Asses workforce need and participate in recruitment of all team members in collaboration with the People Development and Experience Team
  • Onboarding new team members to Physio Inq culture and operations
  • Assist with the transfer of responsibility of team mebers onto their respective Team Leader


  • Responsible for financial performance of region and reporting on relevant performance metrics.
  • Ensure accounts are clean and oversee the effective collection of any debt
  • Oversee the budget and cashflow management of marketing and growth initatives

Market Growth 

  • Plan and lead business development, managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the execution of local marketing initiatives within the Mobile and Community Team, including online, offline and in-community
  • Implement and oversee social media policies 

Who are you?

  • Hold an undergraduate, or post graduate degree in allied health or relevant field
  • Have at least 5 years of health care management experience
  • An inspiration and trusted source of guidance and support for the allied health team
  • Curious, engaging, enthusiastic and committed to people and excellence
  • A listener, empath and considered communicator.
