Do you have experience working administratively, within health or IT, with clinical or CRM software systems? Would you like a fast moving, exciting opportunity for 3 days per week working on a rostered part time basis?

We have an opportunity for a part time Mental Health Systems Support Officer within our established Central Referral Unit (CRU), the pathway into our primary mental health care and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services.

Our Mental Health Systems Support Officers contribute to improving access to and quality of primary mental health and AOD services in our Adelaide PHN region by providing the important link between general practice/stakeholders and mental health and AOD providers, and support the strategic direction of the Adelaide PHN by:

  • Co-ordinating, processing and related administration for Mental Health Referrals across the Adelaide PHN region through the APHN Central Referral Unit (CRU);
  • Working closely with the Adelaide PHN Clinical Triage team;
  • Providing first line support to referrers and commissioned service providers around referral pathways and program specifics;
  • Providing administration support of other data, quality and support projects as required;
  • Providing exceptional customer service.

You will be an exceptional team player with high level interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated experience working in health services, with clinical software systems, or in information technology fields.
