The Company
Integrity Plumbing are a plumbing company located in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We provide a full range of domestic and commercial plumbing services across Adelaide.
The Role
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable receptionist/administrator to join our team. This is a casual position working 8-5pm with full-time employment opportunity for right candidate. You will be required to manage the data entry of jobs into our systems as well as a minimal volume of inbound call management. You will be working closely alongside the team to schedule incoming work, email correspondence and deliver a high level of customer service. This role can be at times fast paced and will require a high level of attention to detail and time management.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
- First point of contact for new and existing
- Daily bookings and schedule updates
- Email management and correspondence
- Customer database management
- Answering phone calls – Customer and Client enquiries
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of the industry is essential
- Experience within a similar role is highly regarded
- Intermediate expertise of Microsoft Office Suite
- Concise written and verbal English
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong initiative
- Capability of problem solving
- Willingness to learn
- Current police clearance
