Integrity Plumbing are a plumbing company located in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We provide a full range of domestic and commercial plumbing services across Adelaide.

The Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable receptionist/administrator to join our team. This is a casual position working 8-5pm with full-time employment opportunity for right candidate. You will be required to manage the data entry of jobs into our systems as well as a minimal volume of inbound call management. You will be working closely alongside the team to schedule incoming work, email correspondence and deliver a high level of customer service. This role can be at times fast paced and will require a high level of attention to detail and time management. 

Key duties will include but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for new and existing
  • Daily bookings and schedule updates
  • Email management and correspondence
  • Customer database management
  • Answering phone calls – Customer and Client enquiries

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry is essential
  • Experience within a similar role is highly regarded
  • Intermediate expertise of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Concise written and verbal English
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong initiative
  • Capability of problem solving
  • Willingness to learn
  • Current police clearance
