About the role
To work closely with Relationship Managers, Specialist Coordinators, Rehabilitation Coordinators and Claims Advisors to provide high level administrative assistance to ensure the delivery of services and decisions in a timely manner in conjunction with the Service Charter.
An important aspect of this role involves exercising judgement, being proactive and flexible in managing various claims related tasks to support the claims management group.

Are an experienced administrator
Are eager to continually grow, learn and adapt
Can work under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Can deal with challenges positively and are eager to give new things a go
Take pride in your work and always looking for ways to improve and grow
Have excellent prioritisation skills and have demonstrated experience meeting targets, deadlines and set service expectations
Demonstrated behaviours in line with our values
Passion for being a TAC ambassador to achieve our Toward Zero vision
