JobAdder is hiring to aggressively fuel their growth, especially into new customers segments and global expansion with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) a critical hire to lead the growth. As the CRO, you should be prepared to lead and manage the company's end-to-end revenue value chain which requires a leadership style that is numbers-driven, collaborative and also inspirational. You will bring a broader, strategic full-funnel perspective, recognizing that the revenue performance requires the execution of orchestrated experiences across end-to-end buyer journeys.


THE ROLE  


  • Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution to win net-new customers selling JobAdder software into the recruitment industry and commercial sectors globally. 
  • Lead the sales, channel, customer success, support and revenue operations teams.
  • Proactively build functional alignment between customer-facing teams to drive clarity, speed and revenue growth
  • Track, report, and optimize company performance including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Provide the tools, insights and enablement functions necessary for a high-functioning sales organization
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to support your efforts in global expansion
  • Willingness to travel as and when required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have experience working for a SaaS vendor managing a balanced acquisition and retention strategy across global regions in including UK, N. America and/or APAC 
  • Have led commercial teams delivering at least $20M ARR (ideally with experience scaling up to $100M)
  • Have run sales and account mgt teams for 10+ years growing up to at least 50+ people
  • Established and built up global teams in UK, N. America and/or APAC 
  • Reporting on sales activity and accurately forecasting to senior executives and the board
  • Detailed oversight of activity and tracking results to ensure outcomes are achieved
  • Strong presentation skills with an ability to establish credibility with executives across a range of customer types.
  • Experience negotiating and navigating commercial contracts and legal discussions.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • A bachelor’s degree required. MBA, or related master’s level degree is strongly preferred
  • The HQ is based in Sydney but we are open to candidate applications from remote locations such as Australia, UK, N.America or Canada
